Michael Scott is a business owner and licensed paralegal authorized to practise in Ontario. He began his career as a private investigator in 1994 and has been working in the field of traffic law in Sudbury, Ontario since 1999.
Recognizing the growing need for professional representation in traffic matters, Michael established Cooper’s Professional Corporation to assist both individuals and businesses. His work includes defending Highway Traffic Act charges and helping commercial operators with CVOR-related matters.
Chantal Pinard is the office manager and a licensed paralegal. She began her career working as a paralegal with various law firms in Sudbury before joining the Provincial Offences Office in 2002, where she worked for more than 10 years.
With extensive experience in the administration and prosecution of traffic tickets, Chantal brings valuable knowledge of the provincial offences process to the defence of traffic-related matters.
